If you are a member at a club that uses Stages Studio, use the Stages Studio+ app to record a free ride when paired to the Stages Power meter on your indoor bike. If your club offers on-demand or remote live classes, you can record them using the Stages Studio+ app. Workout details will upload to your Stages Cloud account, and you will receive a post-workout email.
If you take a Stages Studio class at your club, your workout details are recorded through the Stages Studio system. You don't need to use the Stages Studio+ app to record classes.

Pair the Stages Power meter and optional HR sensor
Note: If your bike has a SIC1 or SIC2 console, do not turn it on until after the power meter is paired to the Stages Studio+ app. Even though the console shows up as a device in the Stages Studio+ app, and you can pair to it, this will prevent you from properly pairing with the power meter and receiving data. The ability to pair directly to the console will be available in a future app release.
- Log in to the Stages Studio+ app on your mobile device.
- Tap on your user icon in the top left corner.
- Tap on the SETTINGS (gear) icon.
- Tap on Devices.
- Locate the ANT+ ID number on the side of the power meter on the left crank of the bike. Begin pedaling the bike to activate the power meter.
- Press SEARCH FOR DEVICES. A list of available devices will load including power meters and HR sensors.
- Locate the ANT+ ID on the list of available sensors, then tap on the power meter number to highlight it. Select CONNECT.
- Press SEARCH FOR DEVICES again, and follow the same steps to connect an optional HR sensor.
