Stages Solo

On the Stages Solo, you can record all rides by logging into your Stages Flight account on the tablet. If you don't have an account, create one here.
Workout details from the Stages Solo are uploaded to your Stages Flight dashboard. You can export them from Stages Flight or connect your account to other platforms to have them auto-upload.

Les Mills Virtual Bike

At the end of each ride on a Les Mills Virtual Bike, you have the option to enter your email address and receive the workout details. Note: you will not receive a file to upload on other platforms.
