Following are the steps to set up the Mindbody Online and Stages Flight integration for your club:
- Contact Stages Flight support and request an activation code. Be sure to include your Mindbody Online site ID.
- Stages Flight customer support will send you an activation code.
- Log in to your MBO software using the owner account.
- Go to HOME > MANAGER TOOLS.
- Select MINDBODY ADD-ONS on the bottom right and then select API Integrations.
- Copy your activation code into the field.
- Click on SUBMIT.
- Contact Stages Flight support to activate the integration. You will receive an email letting you know that the activation is complete.
- Once the integration is activated, log in to StagesFlight.com using your club admin account information.
- Click on the CLUB ADMIN tab and select SCHEDULER from the menu.
- Select the club name from the drop-down menu and then click on EDIT CLASS SYNC.
- Select the classes you want to sync with Stages Flight and select SAVE.
- The selected classes from your MBO site will now sync to your Stages Flight Scheduler. All scheduling changes and bookings now need to be made through Mindbody Online.
