Are you receiving this error message on your tablet when you are trying to connect the StagesFlight Control App to the StagesFlight System?


The StagesFlight group display system and the device running the StagesFlight Control App must be on the same network in order to communicate. Check the network connections on both systems to be sure that they are on the same network. 


Follow these steps to connect the StagesFlight Control App to the StagesFlight System:

  1. With StagesFlight open, the group display must show the Waiting for connection screen, in order to connect to the tablet with the StagesFlight Control App.



















  2. If the Waiting for connection screen does not automatically pop up when the StagesFlight system is launched, and you are seeing the StagesFlight Control Instructor Panel on the screen, click on Remote to get back to the Waiting for connection screen.

  3. If you are seeing the StagesFlight Group Display screen, use your keyboard to navigate to the StagesFlight Instructor Panel.



















  4. Using your keyboard, toggle between the screens on the display by holding down the alt key and clicking on the tab key.

  5. When the StagesFlight group display window is highlighted, release the keys to select it.

  6. Click on Remote to get back to the Waiting for connection screen.

  7. When the Waiting for connection screen is displayed on the group display, StagesFlight is ready to connect to the StagesFlight Control App.



















  8. Close and restart the StagesFlight Control App on the tablet. When the location page appears, click on your location to select it.

  9. Enter your pin, then click on Connect.
