Club Administrators will be notified of software updates in two ways:

  • On the tablet screen: The following notification will appear at the bottom center of the Solo main screen when a software update is available: “A Solo app update is available. Contact your club admin to download the latest version for the optimal Stages Solo experience.”


  • Via email: The Stages Cycling customer service team will send an email to all Solo Club Administrators informing them that a software update is available.

Currently, the Club Administrator will need to log in to the Solo tablet and accept the update. We are testing a software version where the download and installation of software updates will occur during the sleep cycle hours on the Solo. After this change, the Club Administrator will no longer need to accept the update.
