Use the BACKLIGHT or AVG/END buttons to scroll through the menu, and the STAGE button to select a menu item.


How to perform a zero reset using the backlight button shortcut

Follow the steps below to quickly zero reset the power meter without having to enter the menu:

  1. Rotate the power meter at least two revolutions to ensure that it is awake and ready to communicate.
  2. Position the power meter vertically (6 o’clock), and ensure that there is no load on the pedals and the bike is stable.
    Please make sure that you remove your foot from the pedal during calibration.
  3. Activate the console by pressing any button.
  4. Press the STAGE button to enter the WARM UP mode.
  5. Press and hold the BACKLIGHT button for 3 seconds.
  6. The zero reset process will begin immediately. Upon completion, the console will return your ADC value, which should be between 790-990.

How to perform a zero reset from the settings menu

  1. Rotate the power meter at least two revolutions to ensure that it is awake and ready to communicate.

  2. Press any button to awaken the console and press and hold the BACKLIGHT and AVG/END buttons for 5 seconds to enter the SETTINGS menu.
  3. Press and hold the BACKLIGHT and AVG/END again for 5 seconds to trigger the ZERO RESET mode.
  4. Position the left crank with the power meter in the 6 o'clock position with no weight on the pedal.
    Please make sure that you remove your foot from the pedal during calibration.
  5. Press the STAGE button from the ZERO RESET mode to begin the zero reset process.
    The console will begin attempting to zero reset the crank arm, which can take several seconds.
  6. If the zero reset is successful, the word SUCCESS will appear in the message banner along with the ADC value, which should be between 790-990. The console will then return to the USB screen.
    If the power meter fails, re-check the position of the power meter and rotate it at least two revolutions to awaken the unit, then attempt to zero reset again.
