If you recently registered for a StagesFlight account, but when you tried to log in, you received the message “Your email is not confirmed. Resend confirmation email", you need to complete your account registration.
To access your account:
- You should have received a welcome email from StagesFlight.com at the time of registration. If you did not receive an email, check for it in your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, click on the link “Resend confirmation email.” You will receive another confirmation email.
- From the welcome email, click on the CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS button.
- Your account will automatically open, and you will see this confirmation banner.
- Once your email is confirmed, you will be able to log in to your account using your email address and password.
